Robb Young
Robb Young is a British author, fashion business journalist, and strategic consultant whose writing has appeared in, among others, The Financial Times, The International Herald Tribune and Vogue.co.uk. He is also senior editor at Luxury Society, an online industry resource. Young’s previous posts took him on something of a world tour—first to New York, where he was a features writer for the style publication aRude, and later to Tokyo, where he served as fashion director for the culture magazine Composite. In 2008, Young was invited to 10 Downing Street by Sarah Brown as part of her celebration of British fashion; that same year, he served on the Jury for the British Fashion Council’s NEWGEN award. Young has recently released a book, Power Dressing: First Ladies, Women Politicians and Fashion, which investigates the wardrobes that rule the world and the women who wear them. He is currently working on a second book.
