Sasha Petraske's Eggnog
A Frothy Holiday Cocktail from The Lambs Club Mixologist
Sasha Petraske is known for his skillful reinvention of classics at his many New York City cocktail haunts: Milk and Honey, Little Branch, White Star, The East Side Company Bar and, most recently, The Lambs Club. His wintry riff on eggnog is just the thing to spice up your holiday bar.
The New York Flip
Serves one
- One egg yolk
- 1/2 oz cream
- 1/4 oz simple syrup
- 1 & 1/4 oz bourbon
- 3/4 oz Tawny port
- Nutmeg
- Put all contents into a shaker.
- Shake straight up.
- Pour into a coup glass and grate nutmeg over the top.
