Loic Prigent's The Day Before

In his documentaries Signé Chanel (2005) and Marc Jacobs & Louis Vuitton (2007), Loic Prigent gave us a glimpse behind-the-scenes at two of the world’s top luxury fashion houses. Tomorrow, coinciding with the start of New York fashion week, he is set to continue, as his mini-series The Day Before premieres on the Sundance Channel. The series follows four designers in the 36 hours before their runway shows, kicking off with a backstage look at Sonia Rykiel before joining Karl Lagerfeld at Fendi, Jean Paul Gaultier and Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez at Proenza Schouler.
